At Himalayas Homestays, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness for both travelers and homestay owners.
1. Cancellation by Guests
● More than 7 days before check-in – 100% refund of the booking amount. ● 3 to 7 days before check-in – 50% refund of the booking amount. ● Less than 3 days before check-in – No refund.
2. Cancellation by Homestay Owners
● If a homestay owner cancels a confirmed booking, we will provide a full refund and assist you in finding an alternative stay.
3. No-Show Policy
● If a guest does not check in on the scheduled date and does not inform the host, the booking amount is non-refundable.
4. Refund Process
● Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Exceptional Cases
● In cases of extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or unavoidable circumstances, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. For any cancellation or refund requests, please contact our support team at support@himalayashomestays.com.
